About Me

I help people who are no longer satisfied with surface-level change find the deeper current moving through their lives.

I hold an MA in Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute and a BS in Neuroscience from UC San Diego. I am also a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California. My work draws from the writings of Carl Jung, the lineage of depth psychology, dream analysis, and contemplative traditions to help you come into contact with the unconscious forces shaping your relationships, emotional patterns, and personal myth.

I don’t offer quick fixes. I offer a space where your inner life is taken seriously—where symptoms, longings, and struggles are treated as meaningful signals, not pathologies to be silenced.

For many years, I worked within the conventional mental health system—credentialed, reimbursable, and bound to frameworks that often prioritize symptom management over transformation. Over time, I came to see how these structures—however well-intentioned—can obscure the deeper needs of the soul. Diagnosis and evidence-based treatment have their place, but they can also flatten complexity, suppress nuance, and sideline the mystery at the heart of real healing.

The work I offer now is something different. While I maintain my license, this particular offering is not clinical psychotherapy and is not intended as a medical service. It does not involve diagnosis or treatment of mental illness. It is soul-centered work—focused not on fixing what is wrong, but on listening deeply to what is trying to emerge.

I work privately with individuals who feel the ache of unlived life—those who sense they are standing at a threshold and are ready to walk toward it. My clients are often discerning professionals, creatives, parents, families and seekers who may have done therapy before, but now feel called to something deeper. They are not looking for performance optimization or coping strategies. They’re seeking a place where the inner life is honored—and where the soul’s individuation, not symptom reduction, guides the process.

We don’t chase goals here. We listen. We work symbolically. We explore dreams, synchronicities, emotional patterns, and the callings that rise from the unconscious. We ask not just how to feel better—but what life is asking of you now.

This work is not for everyone. It is intimate, rigorous, and deeply personal. It is not mass-produced. I work with a small number of clients who are ready to invest in a slower, more honest encounter with their own becoming. This work is best suited for those drawn to symbolic inquiry, inner truth, and the long arc of transformation.

If you’ve begun to suspect that your anxieties, depressions, dreams, or even your relationship patterns are trying to wake you up—this may be the beginning of your next chapter.

I’m not here to give you answers. I’m here to walk with you toward the ones that live in you already.
